JLBC Early Childhood Development Award

The Junior League Early Childhood Award is awarded every other year in conjunction with the Starr Early Childhood Award to recognize and reward existing programs that benefit young children during their first critical years of life.

Recipients of the 2002 Junior League Early Childhood Award:
Albion Public Schools – Kids First Pre-School program at Herrington Elementary and
