This exciting one day event has become a popular event for the children
of our community. Kids' Fest provides free information to the public on
children's health and wellness issues through activities, giveaways, and
guest speakers. Many community agencies and businesses participate through
sponsorship and interactive booths and kiosks. The event is held annually
in the spring.
This is the Junior League’s signature project and has grown in scope and impact since it was first launched over a decade ago. As childhood obesity increases and the overall health of children in our community continues to decline, Kids' Fest becomes increasingly important as a way to educate children and families about healthy lifestyles.
